On 9th April 2015, 2011-year No.2 Class had successfully hold an employment promotion forum in No.2 teaching building at 16:00 p.m.. Representatives teachers including Yu Xiaoying, head of Students Affairs Office, Yang Huili, the class counselor and Wang Zaifeng, instructor of 2011-year classes attended the forum. The forum started with the brief self-introduction of each student attended and students positively and actively shared their current information with teachers and classmates. Based on these introductions, Yang Huili pointed out career blueprint for them and supervised students to be concern about job news from SPA simultaneously. Wang Zaifeng further claimed that students need to pay close attention to job hunting information updated instantly with various media tools, such as QQ group chat, weibo blog and so on.

Then, Yang Huili highlighted several points that students should pay attention while writing graduation thesis. Because this year graduation thesis defense has been arranged earlier, within the specified time students need to prepare as quickly as possible.Students need to improve paper quality from aspects from literature review to practice reports etc. Since this year school has higher demands on papers.

Subsequently, Yu Xiaoying emphasized that this forum aimed to help students exchange experiences and share all kinds of information with one another. In this way, students can obtain common progress. Besides, Yu supposed to divide students into 2-person-groups and members in every groups can achieve mutual progress and improvement. Finally, faculty answered students’ questions, and gave the best blessing to students that they will step on a new journey in life with the beautiful memory in SWJTU.
