In this TOD Innovation Forum, the TOD development Index of China's urban rail transit, jointly developed and compiled by the research team of Public Policy Research Center of Our School, China Urban Rail Transit Association, TOD Research Center of Shanghai Research Institute of Southwest Jiaotong University, and China Index Academy, was officially released. China's urban rail TOD development index, together industry association, the owner, universities, research and consultancy, professional force, end to collect 37 urban TOD development policy in our country, comprehensive combing urban rail data and Internet data, and draw lessons from the property index of research methods and experience, by more than a dozen experts and Dr Participate in writing, to assess TOD influence on urban development and traffic, and strengthen the social and economic development along the urban rail area planning guidance, promote the integrated development of urban function and traffic function, realizes the high quality and sustainable development, city, environment, industry integration.

Vice President Lei Bin delivered a speech on behalf of our institute at the eighth forum TOD Innovation Forum, introducing the basic scientific research situation of our institute, the process of participating in index compilation and the vision. Teacher He Dewen of the Transportation Public Policy Research Center participated in the roundtable discussion on "TOD+ Industrial introduction and cooperative development model of future communities", and pointed out that the promotion of urban rail transit with the TOD development concept must be guided by local government policies, and the influence of public policies in the study of urban TOD development index must be paid attention to.
